What if it doesn't work for me?
Nobody leaves that room with nothing — the build happens on your laptop, on your business, with Adrien in the room, and it's working before the day ends.
We don't offer a money-back guarantee, and we'd rather say that plainly than bury it. What we do offer is the footage above from builders who've been through it — and a seat that transfers if your life gets in the way.
What if something comes up and I can't make it?
Your seat transfers. Send someone else from your business in your place, or roll it across to the next masterclass — just tell us before the day so we've got the numbers right for catering.
There's no money-back guarantee on the ticket, so if the date is looking shaky, transferring is the answer rather than leaving it and hoping.
I'm not technical. Am I going to be lost?
There's no code in the room. If you can write an email and use a browser you can do everything in these two days. The people who get the most out of it are usually the ones who've never built anything technical — no habits to unlearn.
Can I bring someone from my team?
Yes, and you should. A seat is a business, not a head — your $1,200 covers you and one other person from the same business, at no extra cost.
It's worth using. The businesses that get the most out of these two days are the ones where two people walk out knowing how the system works, so it doesn't end up living in one person's head. Your 2IC, or whoever does your quoting, is usually the right one to bring.
I've tried AI before and it didn't stick. Why is this different?
Most people start with a chat box and no rules. You'll start with a governing document — what your AI is allowed to do, what it must never do, how it speaks for your business — and build on top of that. That's the difference between a toy that impresses you for a week and a system still running in six months.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
A Claude account. The free tier works to learn on; the paid plan is about $30 a month and is what we'd recommend for real use. Nothing else to buy, and no BuildUp subscription required to keep what you build.
What about my client data and my pricing?
Privacy settings are covered on day one, before a single real file goes in — which settings to change, what should never go in, and how to keep client and commercial information contained. You set those rules yourself and they're written into your own governing document.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally — anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. That's exactly why the first thing you build is the rules, not the robot: where it must check with you, what it can never send on its own, and how you catch a mistake before a client does.
Won't this make my business sound like everyone else's?
The opposite, done properly. The system learns how you talk to clients from your own emails and documents. Most builders find the tone gets more consistent, not less personal — because the version of you that answers at 9pm on a Wednesday stops being the tired one.
Two days off the tools is expensive. Can I do one?
No — day two builds directly on what you make on day one, and splitting them is how people end up with half a system and no momentum. Two days is deliberately the whole thing, so there's no third day to come back for.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop and a charger, and a rough idea of the job in your week you'd most like to stop doing. Everything else is provided.
